James Kington

Surveyor

James joined Rushton in April 2008 and trained to become a Building Valuation Surveyor and Commercial Energy Assessor. James has gone on to become a member of the Northern Buildings valuation team and the Mining Valuation Team based in our Manchester office. Since joining Rushton James has produced insurance valuations for buildings and plant and equipment within a large number of industry sectors, ranging from Education and Retail to Mining and Aerospace.

 

Background

James is a qualified Home Inspector and Commercial energy assessor and started his career in property managing the part exchange portfolio for a volume house builder. He went on to work at a residential valuer as a home inspector and trainee valuer before joining Rushton International.

James is an Associate member of the Association of Building Engineers and a trainee member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

James has completed the Basic Offshore Safety Induction & Emergency Training approved by O.P.I.T.O.
