Andrew brought his considerable experience as a plant and machinery valuer to Rushton International in 1990, and was appointed an Associate Director in 1992. Andrew specialises in large scale valuations throughout the United Kingdom, Europe, US, Australia and the former Soviet Union.
After starting his career as an analytical chemist, Andrew swiftly changed paths to join a national Chartered Surveying practice as a plant and machinery valuer in 1979. He has carried out assignments for many varied purposes, including asset, insurance, receivership and liquidations.
Andrew was educated at De La Salle Grammar School and Richmond College of Further Education in Sheffield.
