Meet the team - Andrew Reed

Surveyor

Andrew joined Rushton in May 2008 and trained to become a Building Valuation Surveyor and Commercial Energy Assessor as part of Rushton’s commercial energy wing, Rushton EPC.

Andrew works from the London office and is part of the Southern buildings valuation team. Andrew has developed experience in undertaking insurance valuations of buildings and contents in both the private and public sector.

Background

Andrew has a BTEC Advanced Diploma in Construction and Surveying and started his career in property working for a data management company as a CAD Technician and Retail Space Designer.

Extra

Andrew is a trainee member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is currently studying for the College of Estate Management’s Postgraduate Diploma in Surveying and has been enrolled on the APC since October.

Andrew is an Associate member of the Association of Building Engineers.
