David joined Rushton International from Fuller Peiser in 2003. As team leader, he has valued the civil aircraft engine production and test facilities at a leading aerospace manufacturer. His vast portfolio also includes a number of unusual properties including a palace and a wildlife park.
David has dealt with many large asset valuations for major clients, including a UK confectionary company, a global car manufacturer and a city metro system. He has also carried out assignments through a large section of Europe and the USA.
After obtaining a degree in Estate Management at the University of Reading 1975, David became a chartered surveyor in 1978.
