Meet the team - Gareth Williams

Director

Gareth is a Director and is based in the London office. Gareth works with the marketing and operational sides of the company to promote sales and delivery. Gareth project manages the delivery of valuations to some of our larger corporate clients.

Background

Gareth started his career working for a West End practice and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor with Jones Lang LaSalle in 2006. During this period Gareth gained experience working as an asset manager and valuer for large institutional investors and property companies.

Extra

Gareth has a Postgraduate Diploma in Surveying from the College of Estate Management and a Physics degree from UMIST in Manchester.
