Meet the team - William Carr

Managing Director

Bill became Managing Director and joint owner of the company in 1998. He undertakes a worldwide range of corporate work including valuations for insurance, acquisitions, disposal, joint venture and privatisations. In addition, Bill is the company’s Quality Control Officer.

Background

Before joining Rushton International, Bill was a partner in a leading firm of Industrial Chartered Surveyors and a Director of an International firm of Surveyors and Valuers.

Extra

Bill studied Estate Management at the College of Estate Management and became a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in 1972. He is a past chairman of the Plant and Machinery Skills Panel of the RICS, past member of the General Practice Divisional Council of RICS and a member of the American Society of Appraisers.
