Manufacturing
Rushton International has an established and experienced team that provides valuations for insurance purposes in the manufacturing sector. Recent assignments have taken our team to various parts of the globe including Asia, Ireland, UK, Europe, United Arab Emirates, Africa, United States of America and Australia.
Rushton International’s skilled manufacturing team is equally experienced in the valuation of buildings, plant and equipment. Our valuations are based on what we see rather than relying solely on the information provided to us by the client. We often find asset changes, such as new product lines, and asset disposals or assets moved between sites in order to meet production demand. These changes are often not captured by the client and lead to incorrect sums insured.
We also understand the difference between asset types. In our many years’ experience working with some of the largest names in the business, we have often encountered a lack of understanding between buildings and plant items, which can lead to the double counting or omission of assets.
We provide an accurate and consistent valuation approach across all business and plant locations. Our detailed reporting caters for the delineation of building and plant assets, and plant registers, while an allocation of value to help with EML and PML type studies can also be provided. All work is completed to international standards and we can provide ongoing assistance following completion of the valuation.
